About the OWNERS

Giving up the hustle and bustle of city living, we fled Seattle in 2015 for this little corner of mountain paradise to embrace a change of pace and an outdoor lifestyle, where how you spend your free-time matters more than what you do to earn it.

We love cocktails and art & science that goes into creating them. It’s all about chemistry; the synthesis of aroma, look, feel & taste and the vibe of the place that helps to make it something special. We love bringing the influences of the places we have been to to the table - infusing classic plates with new twists as well as bringing other places in the world back with us, one bite at a time.

With this in mind, we want the Copper Glance to be a place that welcomes everyone to spend the evening with friends and family, sharing good food and drinks with those that matter to you.
